We may also suggest design adjustments to provide draft angles for smooth demolding and minimal material stress.
We will account and plan for final product assembly and other process steps such as printing and sterilization requirements, as well as considerations such as temperature resistance. During this initial phase, the quality department will already be actively engaged, using advanced quality tools to support drawing creation, developing measurement strategies for volume production, and conducting Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
