We offer support and management of all process steps for new plastic products, from initial concept to full-scale production. In the early phases, we often collaborate with external partners for design and prototyping support.

Projects at RKT typically start with pre-engineering, where final product design and tolerances are refined. Toolmaking is central to our production process, with the meticulous design of molds tailored to your components, be it for single, multi-component injection molding, low or high-cavity molds. The tools undergo rigorous validation based on ISO 13485 standards of design qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification, and performance qualification. We also accommodate validations per other applicable standards as needed.

In the injection molding process, we ensure precise handling of material and maintain strict environmental conditions, particularly when a clean-room environment is required. State-of-the-art robots manage the handling of finished injection-molded parts. Additional processes such as printing, electroplating, or surface optimization is also be performed. During assembly, various sub-processes such as adding liquids or thermobonding for sealing are carried out as well. Primary and secondary packaging prepare products for sterilization by external partners, after which shipping and transportation logistics are managed. This includes compliance with air or sea freight regulations and temperature control for specific products. Our value chain rests on three core pillars: rigorous quality management, advanced measurement technology, and meticulous in-process controls.
